RENEGADE Private Desert Mountain in North Scottsdale, Arizona.The Golf Course Opened in 1986, Renegade is first of six Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses to open at Desert Mountain. In addition to receiving "local recognition," the premier Scottsdale, Arizona golf course has also obtained "national recognition." Golf Digest once called Renegade, "The most versatile course in the world." The 7,443-yard Desert Mountain golf course was carefully designed to let players vary the course's set-up.   Members can choose the degree of difficulty they would like to play. The combination of tee and pin positions offers players of varied skill levels a truly unique test.

Guests will often gaze quizzically when they over-hear members say, "shall we play blue to gold today" or for the faint of heart, "how about blue to white?" Versatile for sure and by far the most walkable course at the Mountain.
